Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issues raised in the present writ petition are squarely covered by the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.22280 of 2018 dated 2.7.2018 and W.P.No.26161 of 2017 dated 12.9.2017 and copies of the same are placed on record. The same is not disputed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondent Corporation, Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy. 2.
Following the above referred orders and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
