THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.32938 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondents 2 to 4 in not investigating into the case and not taking action against the accused in Crime No.110 of 2016 of Kota Police Station, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard and perused the material available on record. Learned Government Pleader for Home represented that the investigation in Crime No.110 of 2016 is completed and the same is referred as false.

Considering the said submission, the Court is of the view that nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication and the same becomes infructuous.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
