THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.6015 OF 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in not releasing the amount of Rs.18,00,000/- nearly towards the costs of the supplied rice 3 ACKs in 1620 bags equivalent to 810 quintals by the petitioner to the 3rd respondent Corporation even after lapse of 18 months as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of Natural Justice, Consequently, direct the 3rd respondent to release the amount of Rs.18,00,000/- nearly towards the costs of the supplied rice 3 ACKs in 1620 bags equivalent to 810 quintals to the petitioner."

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the petitioner submitted a representation as long back as on 05.07.2016 to the Joint Collector (CS), Warangal District, no action in the direction of redressal of the grievance of the petitioner herein has been taken. 3.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (TG), this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the Joint Collector, Mahabubabad District, respondent No.2 herein, to verify the representation, dated 05.07.2016, said to have been made by the petitioner herein and to pass orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
