ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to receive the application of the petitioner in pursuance of Notification dated 5.1.2011 and consider the same for appointment of Junior Plant Attendant. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to efflux of time, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
