THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8514 of 2018 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed, challenging the action of the respondents in not considering objection filed by the petitioner on 05.03.2018.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader submitted that one U.Mahesh filed an application for sanction of succession on 29.12.2017 in respect of the land in Survey No. 25/1/Ta, to an extent of Ac.3.23 gts of Pet Basheerabad village in Quthbullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and the same was rejected due to non filing of legal heirs declaration by the legal heirs of late Uddamaarri Rajaram in the month of January 2018. The petitioner filed an objection against the application of the said Mahesh.

In view of the rejection of the said application , no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition and the Writ petition has become infructuous.
