Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the official respondents.

When the matter is taken up, on written instructions, dated 15.03.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Abid Road Police Station, Hyderabad, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home that on the complaint of the petitioner herein, the respondent police registered Crime No.283 of 2017 against respondent No.5 herein on 02.12.2017 for the offences under Sections 448 and 427 I.P.C. and respondent No.5 was arrested on 14.1.2018 and released on personal bonds. It is further submitted that after completion of investigation, charge sheet was also filed before the Court of the II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad and the same was taken on file by the said Court vide C.C.No.229 of 2018 and the same is pending trial.

In view of the same, no further relief can be granted in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
