Vijaya Saradhi, learned counsel for the appellant, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal. To that effect, he has also filed a letter dated 26.02.2015 before the Registry.

2. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order granted by this Court on 30.04.2010 is vacated and miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
