This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in Cr.No.31 of 2017 on the file of Station House Officer, S.V.U.Campus Police Station, Tirupati, Chittoor District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3 (1) (x) of S.C / ST (PoA) Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Writ Petition. Permission is accorded.
