This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in seizing the Tractor and Trailer bearing Nos. AP-22-AE-0612 and AP-22-AK-4797, without following any procedure, as arbitrary and illegal.

Heard both sides and perused the record.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for both sides would submit that the issue involved in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 20.09.2018, in W.P.No.34062 of 2018.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike as were mentioned in the afore-stated order, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the order, dated 20.09.2018, in W.P.No.34062 of 2018.

Office is directed to enclose a copy of the order, dated 20.09.2018, in W.P.No.34062 of 2018 to this order. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
