ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to respondent No'S to complete the investigation in Cr'No223 ot 2020 on the file of Yadagirigutta Police Station' Rachakonda District' and file the report' 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Mr' Ratan Singh and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondent Nos l to 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given a complaint' which was registered as Cr'No 223 of 2020 on the file of Yadagirigutta Police Station for the offences under Sections 341' 506 read with Section 34 IPC He submits that though the said crime was registered on '18-09-2020' the concerned police have not completed the investigation and hence' the petitioner is constrained to apProach this Court'

On the other hand' learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents, on instructions' submits that already the entire investigation is completed and the charge sheet is also filed and the same is numbered as C C'No'1067 of 2O2O on the file Judicial First Class Magistrate at Alair'
