Aggrieved by the order dated 23.11.2016 in Crl.MP.No.134 of in F.C.M.C.No.12 of on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-Additional District Judge, Karimnagar, the petitioner/ husband filed this revision.

Heard both sides.

A perusal of the impugned order shows that the lower Court allowed the Crl.MP.

filed under Section 125(1) Cr.P.C.

by respondent/ wife herein, to grant interim maintenance of Rs.7,000/ - p.m., directing the petitioner herein, to pay interim maintenance of Rs.3,000/ - p.m. to respondent.

Since there are no grounds to admit the revision, the lower Court is directed to dispose of the M.C. within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. However, it is made clear that in deciding the M.C., what the interim maintenance awarded can no way influence the mind of the lower Court.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of before admission.
