This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A1 in C.C. No.68 of 2014 on the file of the court of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tanuku.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law including filing of petition for discharge, if charges are not already framed. Permission is granted.
