ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order, dated 30.11.2015, in I.A.No.1426 of 2015 in O.S.No.295 of 2012 on the file of the IV Additional Senior Civil Judge, Guntur.

At the hearing, Mr. Narasimha Rao Gudiseva, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the cause in the Civil Revision Petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP.No.158 of 2016 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
