THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.9560 OF 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the FIR in Crime No.364 of 2014 on the file of the Subedari Police Station, Warangal Urban.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police already filed final report on 08.10.2016 in the said case and prayed to dismiss the petition. Recording the said submission, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
