This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records and to quash the impugned proceedings of the first respondent in G.O.Rt.No.112, dated 13.02.2002 declaring the same as illegal, arbitrary, irregular, unconstitutional and violative of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
