THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 1069 OF 2008 O R D E R :

This Contempt Case has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 27.01.2015, whereby this Court disposed of Writ Petition No. 667 of 2015, directing the 5th respondent Collector to consider the application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon with regard to grant of 'No Objection Certificate' within eight weeks from that day. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order complained of has been complied with, though belatedly. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel, the Contempt Case is closed.
