HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 16368 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to continue the petitioners in their respective services, pending disposal of I.D.No.21 of 2001 on the file of the 3rd respondent - Labour Court, by declaring that the proposed action of the respondents 1 and 2 to terminate the services of the petitioners, is illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that while admitting the writ petition, this Court directed the respondents 1 and 2 to continue the petitioners, if there is workload, vide orders dated 29.08.2002 in WPMP No.20536 of 2002.

In pursuance of the interim orders dated 29.08.2002 passed by this Court in WPMP No.20536 of 2002, if the petitioners are continuing in service, they shall not be disturbed. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
