CVNR, J & JUD, J CMA.No175 of 2017 Dated:09.6.2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal arises out of order and decree, dated 28.12.2016, in HMOP.No.82 of 2013 on the file of the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Guntur.

Ms. Nimmagadda Revathi, learned counsel for the appellant, addressed letter to the Registry, wherein it is stated that after filing of the present appeal, both parties have settled the dispute by entering into compromise and that therefore, the parties requested her not to press the appeal. She has, accordingly, sought for posting of the appeal for withdrawal of the same.

In the light of the above letter, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Appeal, CMAMP.No.302 of 2017 filed by the appellant for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
