Heard Sri B.Balamukund Rao, petitioner/party-in-person, Sri V.Sambasiva Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.1, and Sri C.Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.2.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the petitioner that for redressal of his grievance, he submitted a representation to the respondents herein on 31.7.2017, but no action has been taken by the respondents so far on the said representation. Eventually, a request is made by the petitioner, who is party-in-person, to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondents herein to pass appropriate orders on the said representation strictly in accordance with law. 3.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits in the matter, directing the respondents to verify the representation, dated 31.7.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
