THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 23419 OF 2004 ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed on temporary basis with the respondent and an attempt was made to replace the petitioner with another temporary employee and in those set of circumstances, the present writ petition is filed. 2.
On 16-12-2004, this Court was pleased to grant an interim direction to continue the petitioner. By virtue of the said interim orders, the services of the petitioner are being continued. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. 3.
This Court having considered the above said submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is of the considered view that no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. 4.
The writ petition is accordingly closed.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
