ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that having issued notice, vide Roc.No.1/2015/G1, dated 25.11.2015, under Sections-405 and 406 of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, to respondent No.3, which is applicable to respondent No.2-Municipal Corporation, the Commissioner of the said respondent has not taken further action for removing the allegedly illegally constructed wall by the former.

Considering the fact that the said notice was issued as far back as the end of November, 2015, respondent No.2 is directed to take further action after considering the explanation, if any, submitted by

respondent No.3, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.2463 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
