Heard.

The petitioner, who claims to be a subsequent purchaser with respect to the land admeasuring Ac.1-38 gts., in Sy.No.51 situated at Sahebnagar Khurd Village, Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, has already filed objections on 08-102012 and 30-08-2014 before the 4th respondent anticipating that on the representation of the 5th respondent, the 4th respondent would cancel the pattadar passbooks and title deeds of the petitioner's vendor. The petitioner also accepts that the 5th respondent had earlier approached this Court in W.P.No.35610 of 2015, which was disposed of on 02-11-2015 directing the 4th respondent herein to consider the representation of the said writ petitioner, after notice to the affected parties and after holding appropriate enquiry. The petitioner now apprehends that a notice of such enquiry may be served on the petitioner's vendor and not on the petitioner.

I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition merely on such apprehension as it is for the 4th respondent to verify the affected persons as directed in the aforesaid order. Hence, at the moment, the present writ petition appears to have been moved only on apprehension, which has no basis. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _______________________
