Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Transport appearing for respondents 1 to 3. 2.

Both parties state that the issue raised in the present Writ Petition is covered by the order, dated 21.02.2015, passed by this Court in W.P.No.4552 of 2014.

Therefore, for the reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the respondents to release the petitioner's Equipment (Motor Grader) bearing Chassis No.T3GAO 1292 and Engine No. 6D16.A32109 subject to petitioner producing proof of address and depositing Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) apart from filing an undertaking that it will produce the same as and when required by the authorities and that it will not alienate or create any third party interest or dismantle as well. However, the enquiry may go on.
