This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.') to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.80 of 2011 of Miryalaguda I (T) Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 506 r/w 34 IPC.

2. During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, represented that case in Cr.No.80 of 2011 of Miryalaguda I (T) Police Station, Nalgonda District, was compromised before Lok Adalat and an Award was passed on 11.11.2013 before Lok Adalat.

In view of the representation made by the learned Public Prosecutor, there is nothing to be examined and decided by the Court in the above matter.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
