No. 4533 of 2017 O R D E R:- (ORAL) Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Sri M.Ratna Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, after advancing some arguments, submits that since the matter is long pending, the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad may be directed to dispose of the O.A.No.2772 of 2016 pending on its file within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

Keeping in view the averments made in the writ petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for both the parties, we are of the opinion that no orders are required to be passed in this writ petition, however the 5th respondent - Tribunal is directed to decide the issue raised in O.A.No. 2772 of 2016 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
