The counsel for petitioner states that the subject matter in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by a common order passed by this Court in WP.No.24399 of 2015 and batch.

2. The learned Government Pleader for Agriculture also agreed to this, but stated that an appeal has been preferred against the said order.

It is not the case of respondents that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.25293 of 2014 and batch has been stayed or suspended as of date. Therefore, it continues to bind the respondents.

4. Therefore, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in accordance with and in terms of the order dt.10.07.2015 in WP.No.25293 of 2014 and batch. No order as to costs. 5.
