This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A9 in C.C. No.9 of 2006 on the file of the court of Special Judge for Economic Offences, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died. He further submitted that the purpose of filing of criminal petition has become infructuous.
