This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dated 10-07-2015 passed in I.A.No.83 of 2015 in O.P.No.132 of 2014 on the file of III Additional Senior Civil Judge, at Kakinada. The application was filed seeking a direction to the respondents to send her newly born male child for DNA test to find out the paternity of the child. The said application was dismissed, on the ground that as no evidence was adduced to believe that the respondent has got either love affair or intimacy with the person other than the petitioner and the petitioner himself admitted that the respondent lived with him till 28-01-2014 and he was aware of her pregnancy as on 16-01-2014.

In view of the observation made by the learned III Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw

the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to file appropriate application at appropriate stage after leading evidence.

In the circumstances, the permission as sought for by the petitioner is accorded and the Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed. _________________________ A.
