Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Respondents.

Pending further orders in the enquiry, the petitioner herein shall deposit a further sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) and on deposit of the said amount, the Respondents herein shall release the vehicle bearing Chassis No.VCE0S110T00051737 and Engine No.06 2505 0900104 vide Vehicle Check Report No.1910098 dated 29.1.2018, subject to petitioner giving an undertaking that he will produce the same as and when required by the authorities and that he will not alienate or create any third party interest or dismantle, as well. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
