Both side counsel state that the issue in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.27.12.2018 in W.P.No.47077 of 2018 and Batch.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also disposed of granting interim stay of collection of the balance tax during the pendency of the appeal subject to the condition that the petitioner deposits 12.5% of the demand (in addition to the 12.5% already deposited) within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
