The present transfer petition, under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.3 of 2016 from the file of learned Senior Civil Judge, Sangareddy, Medak District, and transfer the same to the file of Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar.

2. No representation for the petitioner.

3. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the said H.M.O.P. was dismissed as not pressed on 16.09.2016. The present transfer petition was filed on 05.07.2016. In such an event, the present transfer petition becomes infructuous.

4. Therefore, the present transfer petition is dismissed as infructuous.
