On instructions, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for JNTU Sri A.Abhishek Reddy that if there is any shortfall of faculty, the petitioner institutions can make ad hoc appointments and the same will be considered by the University for affiliation, in accordance with law. Recording the said submission and in view of the agreement expressed by the counsel for the petitioner for the said course of action, the writ petition stands disposed of.
