This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.1, 2, 4 to 6 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.23 of of Meerpet Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 16.03.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in the subject case, investigation is completed, charge sheet is filed on 17.01.2019 and II Metropolitan Magistrate, Rachakonda at L.B.Nagar, has taken cognizance of the case in C.C.No.621 of 2019.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
