THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8508 of 2018 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in not mutating the names of the Petitioners in the Revenue Records and to issue E-Passbook and title deed in respect of the property to the extent of Ac.3-31 cents in Sy.No. 39/1, situated in Vangapadu Village, Kanigiri Mandal, Prakasham District. 2.

This Court carefully perused the application submitted by the petitioners and noticed that the said application is not in the prescribed proforma as per the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act.

In the circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioners to apply to the 4th respondent in the prescribed proforma and as and when such an application is filed, the competent authority shall consider his case and pass appropriate orders thereon. 4.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
