HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.1767 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration (Telangana) for respondent No.1; and Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3. 2.

The petitioners contend that they made applications on 15.12.2015 and 27.12.2015 for regularisation of their plot in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.151, dated 02.11.2015, but respondent Nos.2 and 3 are not taking any action thereon. 3.

Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3, states that respondent No.2 will consider the petitioners' applications, referred to above, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the petitioners' applications referred to above, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioners. No order as to costs.
