THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY Tr.CRIMINAL PETITION No.228 of 2015 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 407 of Cr.P.C seeking to withdraw M.C.No.32 of 2015 from the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Bhadrachalam and transfer the same to the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Guntur.

2 Heard both sides.

3 At the time of arguments, both counsel submitted that as per the orders of this Court dated 05.11.2015, O.P.No.53 of 2015 was withdrawn from the file of the First Senior Civil Judge Court, Guntur and transferred to the Family Court, Khammam. Both counsel in one voice further submitted that the M.C.No.32 of 2015 pending on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Bhadrachalam may be withdrawn from the file of the said Court and transferred to the Family Court, Khammam.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for both parties and also in view of the pendency of O.P between the parties on the file of the Family Court, Khammam, this petition is disposed of and M.C.No.32 of 2015 pending on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Bhadrachalam is withdrawn from the file of the said Court and the same is transferred to the Family Court at Khammam for disposal in accordance with law. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Tr.CMP shall stand closed.
