HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.RAVI KUMAR TRANSFER C.M.P.No.201 OF 2016 Dated 14-6-2016 Between:

Kollu Bala Bharati.

..Petitioner.

And:

Kollu Muralikrishna Rajaji.

..Respondent.

HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.RAVI KUMAR TRANSFER C.M.P.No.201 OF 2016 ORDER:

On 30-3-2016, petitioner was permitted to take out personal notice and the matter was posted after two weeks.

On 13-4-2016, a request was made by the petitioner and the matter was posted after one week. On 20-4-2016, on request, petitioner was permitted to take out fresh notice to the respondent and matter was posted after Summer Vacation, 2016.

On 7-6-2016, it is represented that notice was sent on 25-4-2016, but postal acknowledgement is not yet received and sought one week time and the matter was posted after one week.

Today, when the matter is taken up, advocate for petitioner has not filed acknowledgement and sought time. In spite of granting time, no interest is evinced in prosecuting the case, namely complying the order of this court in sending notice.

Therefore, this petition is dismissed for noncompliance of order dated 20-4-2016. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, the

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
