Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given a representation dt.18-01-2016 for mutation of his name in the revenue records by deleting the name of 5th respondent to the 4th respondent, but the 4th respondent has not passed any orders thereon. 2.

None appears for 5th respondent though the name of Sri A.Ravinder Reddy, Advocate is printed in the cause list. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioner brought to my notice a letter addressed by the 5th respondent referring the pendency of W.P.No.27432 of 2003 before this Court in relation to the subject land.

The said Writ Petition was filed by 5th respondent and others against the petitioner and others, which was dismissed on 17-08-2017. 5.

In this view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to make an application in Form-6A to the 4th respondent with all supporting material seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records as per the provisions of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, and on receipt of the said application, the 4th respondent shall take appropriate decision within six (06) weeks of receipt of such application.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
