Having regard to the fact that building permission was granted on 02.04.2019 to the unofficial respondent, learned counsel for petitioners seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy as available in law. Granting the said liberty, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
