Learned counsel for the petitioners - accused Nos.1 and 3 is present.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the Investigating Officer has filed a Final Report on 02.04.2016 requesting the learned III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, to close the crime by referring it as 'Undetected'.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
