It shows that sole appellant is no more and unable to give the date of his death. In fact, on the last date of hearing i.e., 13-11-2015, when the learned counsel for the respondents represented that the sole appellant, Shaik Mohiddin, is no more, at the request of the learned counsel for the appellant, the matter has been listed to today. Hence, the instant second appeal stands abated. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the appeal, stand disposed of.
