THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No. 10439 OF 2019 ORDER:

Sri Bommineni Vivekananda, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner herein had filed a suit vide O.S.No.1673 of 2021 against the unofficial respondents seeking perpetual injunction and the same was decreed on 31.12.2021 by recording compromise between the parties and pursuant to the said decree, latest pattadar passbooks and title deeds were also issued in favour of the petitioner.

In view of the said facts, according to the petitioner, nothing survives in the present writ petition for adjudication. Therefore, this writ petition is closed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
