11.04.2025 JSR, J I.A.No.1 of 2025 (On being mentioned) Transferred to i/o folder, before corrections, if any This application is filed seeking correction of the court name, accused number and also in the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner as well as paragraph No.6 of the order dated 08.04.2025. Ms. Sridevi Keerthi, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits inadvertently, they mentioned that the bail is to the satisfaction of the XIII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally, instead of X Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally. Further, they have stated that the petitioner is having criminal antecedents. However, in the order it is mentioned that the petitioner is not having criminal antecedents and the same was also observed in paragraph No.6 of the order. She further submits that in paragraph No.5, it was wrongly mentioned the status of the petitioner as 'accused No.4', instead of mentioning as 'accused No.1'. Unless the said corrections are rectified, the petitioner will be put to great hardship.

Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the order dated 08.04.2025

is modified as follows:

1. In the 7th line of paragraph No.4 of the order, 'no' shall be deleted.

2. In the 2nd line of paragraph No.5 of the order, 'petitioner/accused No.1'

be corrected in place of 'petitioner/accused No.4'.

3. In the last line but not the least i.e.,5th line of paragraph No.6 of the order, 'no'

shall be deleted.

4. In paragraph No.7(i) of the order, 'XIII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally', be modified as 'X Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally'.

Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2025 is ordered.

Registry is directed to issue amended copy of the order.
