HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.Nos.8546 and 29220 of 2018 COMMON ORDER:(per Hon'ble Sri Justice V.Ramasubramanian) Mr.Janakirami Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent states that his clients are prepared to handover possession of tenanted premises to the writ petitioners/ landlords. The normal procedure for a landlord to recover possession of a property is cut short in this case. Therefore, the writ petitioners should not make a claim for arrears of rent, as we do not want to equate their claim with that of the depositors. On this understanding, the 4th respondent is permitted to handover possession of tenanted premises to writ petitioners within a week.

The compliance report shall be filed in the Registry. The writ petitions are accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
