HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition Nos.19700, 19701, 19703, 19964, 19989, 24035 and 34058 of 2013 Common Order:

These Writ Petitions are filed challenging the Circular dated 20.06.2013 issued by the first respondent is illegal and arbitrary and to direct the respondents to continue the petitioners as Accountants and ANMs (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) in the respective Kasturiba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas (KGBVs).

When the matters are taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that the issue involved in these Writ Petitions has already been adjudicated by this Court in W.P.No.8486 of 2012 and batch, vide common order dated 15.12.2017, and these matters are squarely covered by the said order. Recording the above submission, these Writ Petitions are also disposed of in terms of the common order dated 15.12.2017 in W.P.No.8486 of 2012 and batch. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
