THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.212 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw F.C.D.O.P.No.37 of 2016 on the file of the Court of VI Additional District Judge, Kadapa, Kadapa District, and transfer the same to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Anantapur, Anantapur District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
