THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.3158 OF 2015 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is as under: " ....to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not ratifying admissions made by the petitioner in the left over and vacant convenor quota seats as being illegal, arbitrary and violative of the provisions of NCTE Act, 1993 and consequently direct the respondents to ratify the said admissions made under the vacant Convenor quota in the petitioner's institution on par with management quota/ Category-B seats by allowing the students who are admitted under the left over vacant Convenor quota seats in the petitioner's institution to appear in the D.Ed 1st examination." 3.

Learned GP appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 would submit that the subject matter of the Writ Petition pertains to admission into D.Ed course for the academic year 2013-2014. Therefore, no further cause would survive in the Writ Petition and it has become infructuous.

4.

Taking into consideration the said submission and also having regard to the facts of the case particularly, the relief sought in the Writ Petition, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the Writ Petition.

5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
