This writ petition is filed stating that petitioner's representation, dated 13-06-2016, to make on-line the data available in respect of land to an extent of Ac.4-08 cents in Sy.No.363/2 of Madhurawada Village in Visakhapatnam Rural Mandal is pending.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner has not made any application as per rules to the Tahsildar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the petitioner will make necessary application as per rules before the competent authority i.e.the 3rd respondent. In view of the same, liberty is granted to the petitioner to make appropriate application before the 3rd respondent. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. If any such application is made by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent shall dispose of the same in accordance with law.
