Since the issue involved in both the writ petitions is one and the same they are being heard together and disposed of by way of this common order.

Heard learned counsel for petitioners, Sri M.Ravindranath Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3 and Smt.S.Siva Kumari, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1 who submits that the lis in both the writ petitions is squarely covered by order dt.19.07.2017 passed by this Court in WP.Nos.14000 of 2016 and batch. In view of the same and for the reasons alike, these writ petitions are also allowed in terms of the said order.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
