Heard Sri J. Amruth Rao for petitioner, the Assistant Government Pleader and Sri G.Seshadri for respondents. 2.

The petitioner complains against inaction in considering and disposing of representations dated 25.10.2016 and 15.11.2016 as illegal, arbitrary and amounts to refusing to exercise the jurisdiction conferred on respondents.

The prayer is against inaction and I am of the view that having regard to the nature of grievance canvassed through representations dated 25.10.2016 and 15.11.2016, the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.

The 2nd respondent is directed to consider, dispose of the representations dated 25.10.2016 and 15.11.2016 and communicate the decision taken thereon within four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
